60Ah 80NMC811/20LMFP Cell Cycle Test
Long-term durability is a critical metric for next-generation lithium-ion batteries.
A 60 Ah cell using a blended cathode of 80% NMC811 / 20% LMFP is currently undergoing cycle life testing at 25°C under 1C charge / 1C discharge conditions.
Based on current results, the cell is projected to exceed 3,000 cycles, demonstrating that incorporating 𝗟𝗠𝗙𝗣 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. This highlights the potential of NMC/LMFP cathode blending for high performance, durable lithium-ion cells.
